We produces two unpastuerized 100% pure apple  ciders – a demi-sec and a brut.

The Demi-Sec Cider is a golden cider with a touch of light green, slightly sweet, bursting with apple perfume,  sparkles and dances in the glass.  It's delicious all on its own on a hot sunny afternoon,
but equally wonderful with crêpes, strawberries, blackberries or other desserts.  Try it with seafood, fish or white meats, or use it to enhance a creamy sauce.

Our Brut Cider is a dark gold, and the fine bubbles reveal the taste of mature ripe fruit.  It is superb with a main meal, with red meats and stews and excellent with salty rich cheeses such as camembert. 

Each year a young man, named Ghilsain, comes to the farm with his wood-fuelled still to distill our cider into Calvados, an apple brandy which is then aged in oak barrels for a minimum of five years.

We also produce Pommeau.  This is an apple apéritif and is produced by blending freshly pressed apple juice and calvados to create a deep red gold smooth sweet apple drink. Fantastic to begin a luxurious meal on the right note.

And finally our Cider Jelly.... Cider and sugar are combined to produce a golden jelly perfect to garnish a pork roast, to add to a gravey, to fill a crepe, top a toast or mix in a yoghurt.
